Jessica’s Bistro is a cozy little Cuban restaurant tucked away in a little strip mall just off I-75 (exit 427) in Lake City, Florida.
The atmosphere is relaxed, warm and casual. Their hours are a little strange (11am to 8pm Wednesday – Saturday and 11am – 2pm Sunday – Tuesday). Not sure if these hours are seasonal or temporary, so “buyer beware”.
Despite the fact that is seemed busy by the amount of cars in the parking lot, we were immediately greeted and promptly seated. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our order was taken and the wait wasn’t long at all. That said, their food was delicious and their prices were extremely reasonable. The menu seems to have something for everyone.
I would definitely recommend Jessica’s Bistro to other I-75 travelers passing through the area.
