The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) reports that all motorists traveling on northbound I-75 will have to detour off the interstate using SR 60 (Exit 257) from 11:00 p.m., Sunday, November 24, to 4:30 a.m., Monday, November 25, weather permitting.
During this temporary closure, all northbound motorists will have to exit the interstate using Exit 257, turn left onto SR 60 (Adamo Drive), turn right onto Falkenburg Road, turn right onto SR 574 (Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard), and re-enter the interstate using the northbound I-75 entrance ramp.
Drivers should use caution while traveling through the work zone and remain alert for construction workers.
This temporary closure allows crews to install a new overhead sign structure for the I-75 ramp configuration and interchange modifications from SR 574 (Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard) to I-4 in Hillsborough County.
