The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) reports that the northbound I-75 entrance ramp from Gibsonton Drive will close from 10:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 11 to 5:00 a.m. Thursday, October 12, weather permitting.

Motorists needing to access northbound I-75 from Gibsonton Drive will have to turn north onto US 301 and continue toward the northbound I-75 entrance ramp.

Advanced warning signs and electronic message boards will assist motorists traveling through the area. Motorists should expect delays and congestion on all roadways during this detour.

This temporary ramp closure is necessary for crews to perform interstate maintenance work in southern Hillsborough County.
