On November 8, 2024, drivers in Genesee County, Michigan, will experience lane closures on northbound I-75 between Bristol Road and Maple Avenue. These closures are necessary for joint repairs, managed by the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) in collaboration with the Genesee County Road Commission.
Genesee County, where Flint is the closest city, will see initial closures starting at 9:00 p.m., focusing first on the three right lanes. By approximately noon the next day, the closure will transition to the two left lanes, although this timing may vary.
This repair work aims to enhance road safety and provide a smoother driving surface for commuters.
