I-75 Lane Closures in Georgia Thru May 12

I-75 Georgia Road Construction | I-75 Exit Guide

The Georgia Department of Transportation has been notified by the contractor of the closure of the right lane and shoulder of I-75 southbound near Exit 112. The lane will be closed continuously and remaining closed until May 12.

Motorists must enter and exit the interstate from lane 2 onto SR 27.

Once concrete barriers are in place and the right lane closed, the contractor will be able to begin construction on the southbound entrance and exit ramps at their transitions with I-75. This work is part of the overall project of the construction of a bridge and approaches from SR 27 to I-75.

This work was awarded to Reeves Construction for $25,326,412.11 and has an estimated completion date of December 31, 2018.

Motorists will be reminded of this work zone beginning 1 mile north of Exit 112; SR 27.
