The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) reports that I-75 north will be subject to right lane closures between Needmore Road and Leo Street as part of the ongoing construction project.
On Thursday, December 19, I-75 northbound will be subject to right lane closures until 12 p.m. The contractor will be repairing guardrail ahead of holiday travel. This date is expected, but all work is weather and temperature dependent.
We recognize the potential inconvenience this may cause, particularly during early holiday travel. The Ohio Department of Transportation is working with the contractor to reduce disruptions where possible in this work zone starting Tuesday, December 24 through Thursday, December 26.
If your destination is not in the Dayton area, we encourage drivers to utilize the preferred alternative of I-70 to I-675.
Drivers should be extra attentive when traveling work zones by slowing down and putting down the distractions.
