The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) reports that the southbound I-75 ramp (Exit 260) to SR 574 (Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard) will close nightly from 12:01 a.m. to 5:00 a.m., through Friday, January 24, weather permitting.

During these temporary ramp closures, motorists will have to detour around the work zone by continuing south on I-75, exiting the interstate using Exit 257 (SR 60), turning right onto westbound SR 60, turning right onto northbound US 301, and continuing north toward SR 574 (Dr. MLK Jr. Boulevard).

Electronic message boards and signage will assist motorists traveling through the area. Motorists should use caution while traveling through the work zone and remain alert for construction workers.

This temporary closure allows crews to perform concrete work for the I-75 ramp configuration and interchange modifications from SR 574 (Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard) to I-4 in Hillsborough County.
