I-75 Rest Area Closure, Lane Closures for Work in Tampa Bay Area

The Florida Department of Transportation reports the following lane closures and detours associated with I-75 construction and maintenance operations in Hillsborough County, through October 17, 2020.

  • I-75 northbound rest area reconstruction at mile marker 238
    • Rest area is closed until spring of 2021
  • I-75 southbound exit ramp to SR 60 (Exit 257)
    • Lane closures: Sunday, October 11 through and Wednesday, October 14 from 9:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.
  • I-75 repaving from Manatee County Line to Big Bend Road
    • Lane closures: Sunday, October 11 through Thursday, October 15 from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
    • (intermittent ramp closures along northbound I-75 at Big Bend Road for paving operations)
