I-75 Traffic Impacts for Construction in Tampa Bay Area Thru February 24

The Florida Department of Transportation reports the following traffic impacts associated with I-75 construction in the Tampa Bay area through Friday, February 24, 2023. All work is weather dependent and subject to change.

Hillsborough County (Tampa Bay)

  • I-75 interchange at Big Bend Road (Exit 246)
    • Lane closures: Sunday, February 19 through Thursday, February 23 nights from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (northbound and southbound)
  • I-75 interchange at SR 574/Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard (Exit 260) 
    • Lane closures: Sunday, February 19 and Monday, February 20 from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (southbound)

Pasco County (North of Tampa Bay)

  • I-275 (Exit 59) /I-75 (Exit 275) northbound exit ramps to SR 56 (part of the I-75/SR 56 Diverging Diamond Interchange project)
    • Lane closures: Sunday, February 19 through Friday, February 24 nights from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
  • I-75 southbound from north of SR 56 (Exit 275) to north of I-275 (Exit 274)
    • Lane Closures: 11:00 p.m. Sunday, February 19 to 5:00 a.m. Monday, February 20
  • I-75 southbound at SR 56 (Exit 275) (part of the I-75/SR 56 Diverging Diamond Interchange project)
    • Lane closures: Sunday, February 19 through Friday, February 24 nights from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
  • I-75 southbound exit ramp (Exit 275) to SR 56 (part of the I-75/SR 56 Diverging Diamond Interchange project)
    • Lane shifts: Sunday, February 19 through Friday, February 24 nights from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
