The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) reports that an overnight lane closure on I-75 South will be in place next week as part of the Interstate 75/Mill Creek Expressway project.
On Monday, March 10, the left lane on I-75 will be closed from Towne Street to S.R. 562 (Norwood Lateral) between 8:00 p.m. and midnight while contractors for ODOT work on the portable concrete barrier.Â
I-75 Traffic will be maintained.Â
The Mill Creek Expressway project includes replacement of three railroad bridges, which are located over Prosser Avenue, I-75, and S.R. 562, as well as reconstruction of the railroad tracks between bridges. Construction also includes minor realignment of lanes on I-75 to accommodate the new railroad bridge pier location on I-75.
The $46.7 million project is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2027.
