The Ohio Department of Transportation reports that, as part of the Interstate 75/I-74 Mill Creek Expressway project, the following roadway restrictions are scheduled to be in place this week, as weather permits.
Monday-Wednesday, September 19 – 21:
- Single-lane closure on I-74 East, between the Beekman Street interchange and the I-75/74 split, from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. the following day.
- Closure of the Beekman Street entrance ramp to I-74 East, from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. the following day. Traffic will be detoured via I-74 West and the Montana Avenue interchange to I-74 East.
- Double-lane closure on southbound Beekman Street, between Colerain Avenue and Elmore Street, from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. the following day.
- Rolling operations on I-75 North and South through the work zone for pavement marking application. Traffic will be maintained.
Thursday-Friday, September 22 – 23:
- Mobile operations on I-75 South, between the I-75 North/South bridge over I-74 West and the end of the project zone, for raised pavement marker installation.
- Mobile operations on I-74 East, between the I-74 East bridge over Spring Grove Avenue and Mill Creek to the I-75 South/I-74 East merge, for raised pavement marker installation.
Motorists are reminded to use additional caution through the work zone.
