The Florida Department of Transportation reports the following traffic impacts associated with the I-75 / SR 56 Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI) project in the Tampa Bay area through Friday, January 6, 2023. All closures are weather related and subject to change.

  • I-275 (Exit 59) /I-75 (Exit 275) northbound exit ramps to SR 56
    • Lane closures: Tuesday, January 3 through Friday, January 6 nights from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
  • I-75 southbound at SR 56 (Exit 275)
    • Lane closures: Tuesday, January 3 through Friday, January 6 nights from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
  • I-75 southbound exit ramp (Exit 275) to SR 56
    • Lane shifts: Tuesday, January 3 through Friday, January 6 nights from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
  • SR 56 from Grand Cypress Drive to Cypress Ridge Boulevard
    • Lane closures: Tuesday, January 3 through Friday, January 6 nights from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
  • SR 56 eastbound from Grand Cypress Drive to Cypress Ridge Boulevard
    • Lane closures: Tuesday, January 3 through Friday, January 6 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • SR 56 westbound from Willow Oak Drive to Grand Cypress Drive
    • Lane closures: Tuesday, January 3 through Friday, January 6 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • SR 56 westbound turn lanes onto entrance ramp to southbound I-75
    • Lane closures: Tuesday, January 3 through Friday, January 6 nights from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
  • SR 56 entrance ramp to southbound I-75
    • Night lane closures: Tuesday, January 3 through Friday, January 6 nights from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
    • Day lane closures: Tuesday, January 3 through Friday, January 6 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • SR 56 entrance ramp to northbound I-75
    • Lane shifts: Tuesday, January 3 through Friday, January 6 nights from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
