The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) reports that beginning today, May 10, the I-75 interchange improvement project team will implement a new traffic pattern of all southbound I-75 travel lanes through the SR 574 (Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard) interchange.

The new traffic pattern will shift southbound I-75 traffic toward the left side of the interstate to allow new bridge construction over Broadway Avenue and the CSX railroad track. This phase of construction will remain in place through the fall of 2024.

Advanced warning signs and electronic message boards will assist motorists traveling through this area. Drivers are reminded to use caution while traveling through the work zone and remain alert for construction workers.
