The Florida Department of Transportation reports that beginning at 11:00 p.m., Sunday, August 23 to 5:00 a.m., Monday, August 24, the eastbound SR 60 (Adamo Drive) ramp to southbound I-75 will close for overhead sign installation work, weather permitting.

During this closure, motorists will be directed north onto I-75 to SR 574 Exit 260B (westbound Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard). After taking the “loop” ramp onto MLK, continue westbound over I-75 to turn south to enter the I-75 entrance ramp.

Advanced warning signs and electronic message boards will be used to assist motorists traveling through the detour route. Motorists may anticipate heavier than normal volumes of traffic on nearby roads during this closure.

This detour is part of the I-75 Interchange improvements at SR 60 in Hillsborough County.
