Tennessee I-75 Construction Report for June 13-19, 2024

The Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) reports the following traffic impacts associated with I-75 construction and maintenance work through Wednesday, June 19, 2024. All work is weather dependent and subject to change.

ANDERSON COUNTY

I-75 North and South between Mile Marker 117.6 (Knox County Line) and Mile Marker 122
Motorists should be alert for possible nightly lane closures between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning through this resurfacing project. Beginning 7 p.m. Friday, June 14, 2024 through 6 a.m. Monday, June 17, 2024, I-75 North will be reduced to one lane near Mile Marker 119.8 as crews perform bridge deck repairs. This lane reduction will be in place around the clock throughout the weekend. Motorists should expect potential long delays during peak travel times, be alert for slow or stopped traffic, and use extreme caution through this area.

I-75 South Bridge over Clinch River near Mile Marker 126
Beginning 6 p.m. Sunday, June 16, 2024 through 6 a.m. Wednesday, June 19, 2024, I-75 South will be reduced to one lane near Mile Marker 126 as crews perform bridge repairs. This lane reduction will be in place around the clock. Motorists should expect potential long delays during peak travel times, be alert for slow or stopped traffic, and use extreme caution through this area.

CAMPBELL COUNTY

I-75 North and South between Mile Markers 148 and 150
Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures nightly Sundays through Thursdays between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning through this project. Motorists should be alert for workers present, slow or stopped traffic, expect potential delays, and use extreme caution in this area.

I-75 North and South between Mile Markers 156 and 161
Motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures nightly between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. the following morning through this project. Motorists should be alert for workers present, slow or stopped traffic, expect potential delays, and use extreme caution in this area.

KNOX COUNTY

I-75 North near Mile Marker 108.9
On Monday, June 17, 2024 and Tuesday, June 18, 2024, motorists should be alert for possible temporary lane closures night between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. as crews perform overhead sign replacements. Motorists should be alert for workers present, expect potential delays, and use extreme caution through this area.
