The Georgia Department of Transportation reports that the NWC Express Lanes Project will require daytime traffic pacing on I-75 northbound and southbound.
As work continues on the NWC Express Lanes, a daytime traffic pace for rock blasting at Big Shanty Road will affect I-75 Northbound and Southbound traffic.
Pacing will take place on I-75 Northbound from I-75/I-575 Interchange to Big Shanty Road and on I-75 Southbound from the Wade Green Road to Big Shanty Road. Thursday, November 10th occurring at approximately 1:00 p.m.
Motorists are advised to expect delays and exercise caution while driving in these areas. On-site message boards indicating dates and times will be present in advance of these closures.
