The Georgia Department of Transportation reports the following construction and lane closures on I-75 in Metropolitan Atlanta this weekend, weather permitting.
Northwest Corridor Express Lanes
- On I-75, one southbound lane will close between SR 120 Loop/South Marietta Parkway and SR 280/Delk Road continuously from 8 p.m., Friday until 5 a.m., Monday.
- On I-75, two northbound lanes will close between Windy Hill Road and SR 280/Delk Road from 9 p.m., Friday until 5 a.m., Saturday.
- On I-75, two northbound and two southbound lanes will close between the I-575 interchange and the SR 5/Canton Road Connector from 8 p.m., Friday until 5 a.m., Saturday.
- On I-75, one northbound lane will close just before and after Wade Green Road from 9 p.m., Friday until 5 a.m., Saturday.
South Metro Express Lanes
- On I-75, one southbound lane will close just before and after Hudson Bridge Road continuously from 9 p.m., Friday until 7 a.m., Monday.
- On I-75, one northbound lane will close between SR 20/SR 81/Hampton Road and Jonesboro Road from 9 p.m., Friday until 5 a.m., Saturday.
- On I-75, a traffic pace will take place on the northbound and southbound lanes between SR 155/North McDonough Road and SR 138/Lake Spivey Parkway from 9 p.m., Friday night until 7 a.m., Saturday. The traffic pace will require motorists to drive 5 mph -10 mph to allow contractors to work across the interstate lanes.
- On I-75, one southbound lane will close between Jodeco Road/Flippen Road and Jonesboro Road from 6 a.m., until 5 p.m., Saturday.
- On I-75, one southbound lane will close between Mt. Zion Boulevard and SR 138/Lake Spivey Parkway from 6 a.m., until 12 p.m., Saturday.
